Our busiest times currently are in the mornings from 4:00 AM - 7:00 AM during the weekdays and in the eveneings from 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM During the weekends, customers are spread out during the day so it is not usually crowded.

Yes, members sanitize the equipment they used with the provided rags and spray bottles.
The scan itself takes less than one minute. We can discuss the results with you which only takes a few more minutes.
Form fitting clothing is best. When the scan is performed, you are the only person in the room.

Yes, the gym is available to active members and those who purchase day passes.
The main reason a key fob will fail to unlock the door is if a membership has not been paid for after a week into the new month.
After you have signed up for a membership, download Gym Master Member from the App Store or Play Store. Once downloaded, click on get my login in the login screen and type in the email you used at registration. It will then send you a password reset email where you can set your password. Once you are logged in, you can use your phone to check in and unlock the door using bluetooth.
Billing goes through on the 1st day of the month in the middle of the night. If you are on autopay, your payment will automatically be processed at that time.
